OVERVIEW
Our refund policy and return lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
LATE REFUNDS OR MISSING
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
